ArchSight Capital - Prometheus Trading Program

Trading Strategy: Absolute Return / Managed Futures / Medium Term Options

Program Description:  The Prometheus Trading Program ("Prometheus") is the flagship trading program of ArchSight Capital, designed to provide high returns while taking on a reasonable (low to moderate) level of volatility.  Prometheus uses technical and fundamental analysis for each of its traded products to develop a market forecast.  Prometheus uses proprietary risk management procedures to constantly make refinements to the initial positions based on the price movements (or lack thereof) of each product until the liquidation or expiration of the positions.  The goal of this investment strategy is to produce consistent monthly returns that are uncorrelated with the stock, bond, and commodity markets.  As such, the three metrics of success for the Prometheus Trading Program are 1) high returns, 2) low to moderate volatility, and 3) low to moderate correlations.  Investment carries a risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.  There are no guarantees that the target returns, volatility levels, and correlations will be met.
